These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Staggered Payment Policy
1.1.1 Initial Payment: A 50% down payment is required at the time of purchase.
1.1.2 Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due 60 days after the date of the initial purchase.
1.2 Payment Options for the Remaining Balance
1.2.1 Email Invoice: An email invoice with a payment link will be sent between 45 days after the initial purchase.
1.2.2 Auto-Debit: If the remaining 50% is not paid by the 45th day, the amount will be automatically debited from the provided payment method on the 60th day.
2. Product Registration
To ensure proper registration and benefit eligibility, it is essential that customers provide accurate and complete information during the product registration process.
2.1 Product Validity: Only genuine Frylow products purchased from Elev8 Matrix LLC are eligible for registration.
2.2 Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete information is provided during registration on this website https://frylow.com/register/.
3. Purchaser Warranty Document
With your Frylow device, you will receive a Purchaser Warranty Document. The customer is required to complete the document and submit the dealer copy to their Elev8 Sales Representative.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
4.1 Eligibility
4.1.1 Staggered payment: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial 50% down payment made at the time of purchase.
4.1.2 Payment in full: The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the total purchase price.
4.1.3 Qualification: To qualify, the request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the product is received by the customer.
The product must be returned in good condition, free from damage, misuse, or tampering.
4.2 Initiating a Return for a refund
Customers must contact their Elev8 Sales Representative within the 30-day period to request a refund.
4.3 The following information must be provided to process the request
4.3.1 Proof of purchase: Order confirmation
4.3.2 Details of the reason for the return
4.3.3 Confirmation that the product is in good condition
4.3.3.1 Proof of Product Condition: High-quality images or videos showing:
A. The product from multiple angles to verify the overall condition.
Close-up views of the stainless steel casing and slabs to confirm there is no damage, corrosion, or deterioration.
B. Serial Number: Photos or videos must clearly display the product's serial number.
C. Packaging Materials: Images of the original packaging to ensure the product was properly stored.
4.3.3.2 Functional Verification: The customer must provide a video
demonstrating the product in operation, highlighting the issue or reason for the return.
4.3.3.3 Documentation Submission: A copy of the Purchaser Warranty
Document must be submitted as proof of ownership and compliance with warranty terms.
4.4 Return and Inspection Process
4.4.1 The customer is responsible for arranging, shipping and handling costs for the return of the product to the designated address provided by the Elev8 Sales Representative.
4.4.2 Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.
4.4.3 Refunds will not be issued if:
4.4.3.1 The product shows signs of damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
4.4.3.2 The request is made after the 30-day period.
4.5 Refund Processing
4.5.1 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of completing the inspection.
4.5.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. 5-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
5.1 The Frylow is covered by a five-year limited warranty that ensures:
5.1.1 The product will withstand high temperatures without deterioration of the stainless steel casing or slabs.
5.1.2 Proper cleaning and maintenance are required to maintain warranty eligibility.
5.2 Warranty Conditions
5.2.1 The product must be registered at https://frylow.com/register/
5.2.2 Repairs or replacements will only be considered if:
5.2.2.1 The slabs deteriorate or the stainless steel casing corrodes to a degree that inhibits operation within five years.
5.2.2.2 The manufacturer assesses the product and determines that the issue is not due to misuse or tampering.
5.3 Warranty Claim Process
5.3.1 If your Frylow encounters any of the above-noted issues:
5.3.1.1 Send the unit along with the Purchaser Warranty Document to the manufacturer for preinspection.

5.3.1.3 Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
5.3.1.4 Allow 6–8 weeks for repair or replacement processing.
6. Bulk Purchase Discount
6.1 Discount Offer
6.1.2 Customers who purchase a minimum of three (3) Frylow devices in a single order are eligible for a 50% discount on the lowest-priced item in the order.
6.1.3 Discount Code
6.1.3.1 A unique discount code must be used at checkout to apply the bulk purchase discount.
6.1.3.2 The discount code will be provided by Elev8 Sales Representatives.
6.1.3.3 The discount code is limited to two (2) orders per customer.
6.2 Additional Conditions
6.2.1 The discount applies only to qualifying purchases and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
6.2.3 If item/s from the qualifying order are returned, the discount will no longer apply, and the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted total price.
